At PRINOTH, we have a team of after sales technical specialists who provide service and mechanical assistance 7-days a week to our tracked vehicles to customers, dealers and partners.
These experts work directly with our engineering department and help mechanics out in the field whenever a problem occurs or in case of maintenance, troubleshooting and emergency. Assisted by sophisticated electronic tools, our experts really are the best-suited individuals to support and diagnose all PRINOTH products. They travel around the world to support other teams and give the excellent service PRINOTH is known for.
BEST MAINTENANCE PRACTICES
This same team of specialists is also in charge of training our service technicians, sales representatives, dealers, partners and customers on how to properly maintain and service the utility line up that include PANTHER and even the GO-TRACT line-up. PRINOTH also hosts special sessions directly at our clients’ locations mainly around the best maintenance practices to adopt with our crawler carriers called “In-service sessions”. A webinar will soon be available for your convenience.
FACTORY SERVICE SCHOOLS
In the coming year, we are planning on scheduling special training sessions, which are known as Factory Service Schools in various locations across North America.
