The bird of paradise of our fleet turns 4 years today and we celebrate the coolest food truck in the world, the PRINOTH SNOWLICIOUS!

Together we experienced a lot: we travelled around the world, warmed up with hot drinks and food from the SNOWLICIOUS kitchen in snow, ice and strong winds, followed the exciting competitions of numerous FIS events, had a real hoot at the PRINOTH Cup and drank Aperol Spritz with the Viennese fashion scene.

Thanks to Andrea Campi, our charismatic SNOWLICIOUS chef, who initiated the project four years ago and without whom all this would never have been possible. Andrea came to us with the idea to turn an old snow groomer into a food truck. As an all-round talent, he can not only work wonders in the kitchen, but also handle the vehicle, the mechanics, the electrics and the conditions at the different locations. Andrea and his wife Benedetta have been accompanying the SNOWLICIOUS on its travels around the world from the very beginning with a lot of passion and commitment. We are excited and look forward to what the future holds in store for us...
