The Customer Service Desk is the central contact point for all service inquiries to our company, and is therefore the interface between our customers' requirements and the implementation of the business process. It handles the interaction between the customers and PRINOTH and receives all questions regarding our products and applications. In addition to phone inquiries, other channels for communication with our Customer Service Desk include fax, Internet forms, discussion groups, e-mail and other automation processes. The close contact with our customers and the structured assessment of all inquiries are the basis for our high levels of customer satisfaction and the innovation of our product development.


We offer the following services:

  • Technical telephone support Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Structured reception of all customer inquiries and their processing using defined service levels by the Customer Service Desk
  • Technical & operational support in the customer's country and/or operation
