In addition to on-demand “Fly In Support”, PRINOTH offers a flexible range of service and maintenance agreements. We would be happy to discuss a service program tailored to your needs.
Customer contact is very important to us, and allows our customers to receive quick and effective on-site support. We have therefore established regional branches in various countries in order to be able to provide immediate technical and operational help. We possess a global infrastructure which guarantees and enables immediate technical support for our international customer base.
We sell experience
If you wish, we would be happy to support you in the commissioning of our products. Our Initial Support Agreements include support for the machine during its first 50 hours of operation including the first required service.
Repairs & Workshop Service
Take advantage of our repair service! We can carry out on-site repairs directly on your site or overhaul your old machine in our workshop.
