PRINOTH CUP 2023
A complete success
After a long break, it was finally time again for the groomer event of the year on Friday, April 14, 2023: In Dobbiaco (Italy), snow groomer operators from six countries met at the PRINOTH Cup.
The night before brought plenty of fresh snow and thus perfect conditions for an exciting competition. LEITWOLF, BISON or HUSKY – a new challenge awaited the operators at each snow groomer in the PRINOTH fleet. Skill, speed and strong nerves were needed to win. In the end, Dominik Baumann (Bergbahnen Fieberbrunn) clearly prevailed over his almost 200 colleagues with an overall time of 1:39.71. Second place went to Manuel De Biasio (Funivie Saslong) with a total time of 1:44.50. Third place went to Stefan Brunner (Olang/Valdaora ropeway) with a total time of 1:47.93.
The unofficial world championship of snow groomer operators brought lots of action and fun for participants and spectators. Music, food and drinks rounded off the day.
