We started the PRINOTH Academy to be able to provide snow groomer technicians and operators the two most important tools they need: knowledge and skills. This is because these tools are the basis for perfectly prepared slopes, parks and trails. Our training program is designed to demonstrate how it is possible to obtain the best results using snow groomers and by minimizing time and resource requirements. Even the best machine cannot reach its maximum performance potential if it is not in professionally trained hands.

- TEST: Gauge your knowledge. Our online test at the end of each course makes it possible to validate your understanding of the course material.

2 TARGET GROUPS
The PRINOTH Academy trains its technicians and operators in efficient and safe handling of our snow groomers. An experienced team of trainers will give you the necessary knowledge and skill in both theory and practice. Starting in 2020 we are also offering a flexible e-learning course on our new online-training platform – making training independent of time of day and location.
3 LEVELS
Our three progressive level system BASIC, ADVANCED and EXPERT takes the participant step by step through the training material. There is a test at the end of each level in order to qualify for the next. Graduates receive an official certificate at the end of their course - the ticket for a dream job with powerful snow groomers.
