Aspen Skiing Company acquires four NEW BISON Tier 4 final

Aspen Skiing Company took delivery today of four NEW BISON Tier 4 final, the cleanest engine technology in North America

PRINOTH was the first manufacturer in the world to offer snow groomers with engines that meet the “Stage IV/Tier 4 final” standard, the current benchmark for the cleanest exhaust emissions in mobile machinery. These models offer more engine power and higher torque while reducing exhaust emissions by up to 90 %. Groundbreaking technology and wide-ranging services help to ensure that PRINOTH snow groomers can be used sustainably in natural environments. With this strategy, which is part of the CLEAN MOTION concept, PRINOTH and the Aspen Skiing Company are making a key contribution to sustainable environmental protection.

90 % less nitrogen oxide and soot particles
The NEW BISON boasts state-of-the-art technology in terms of consumption and emissions. At 298 kW/406 hp, it is the most efficient and also most powerful model in its class, yet it also has the lowest emissions, generating 90 % less nitrogen oxide and soot particles. Thanks to its compact construction and easy maneuverability, the NEW BISON is perfect for slope grooming and terrain park tasks.
